Just one treatment results in a significant tightening of the desired region. This effect results from two mechanisms, on the one hand through the so-called "shrinking", the so-called immediate effect, which is also visible immediately after the treatment and represents approx. 15% of the overall expected effect, and the collagen build-up, which occurs gradually and reaches its maximum only reached after 12 months.
With Thermage, the deeper layers of the skin are gently warmed using a special handpiece using highly developed radio frequency technology. This stimulates the subcutaneous connective tissue and stimulates new collagen formation.
